Project Management

Once a clinical trial is awarded to Site Observer, we immediately assign a Project Manager to the study who handles the study from the start-up phase up to its completion and ensures that all steps are executed properly in a timely fashion. Project Manager also ensures that the study patient recruitment targets and retention rates are achieved and surpassed. For a given trial, Project Manager will act as the point of contact for the Sponsor and will oversee the site management for all locations.
